This river flows from the Semenyih Dam. Every now and then the dam authorities open the dam releasing water into the river. Along with the water are fishes from the dam. During my visit I saw some local boys casting nets at the river. Anglers too can have fun here. One can do some fun light tackle fishing here at the river for river fishes. Needless to say, we recommend catch, photograph, and release. This helps sustain fish stocks at the river.

The land of which the Impian Rimba Resort sits on is rich and fertile. There are various fruit trees in the area such as durian trees, mangosteen trees, rambutan trees, pulasan trees, coconut trees, etc. Should you come during the fruit seasons, you will be get to enjoy fruits off this fertile land.
